We are seeking a local Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a dedicated, part-time supervisory capacity.

What You’ll Do
- Provide regular, in-person face-to-face supervision and direct clinical direction for technicians and Behavior Therapists within the clinic.
- Conduct and document mandatory bi-monthly (60-to-75-day) supervisor face-to-face evaluation checks to satisfy ForwardHealth state requirements.
- Review, sign off, and oversee initial clinical assessments, semi-annual re-assessments, and Prior Authorization (PA) development.
- Provide professional clinical supervision and mentorship to our on-the-ground Behavior Therapists and BCaBAs.
- Collaborate directly with the Interim Operations Lead to review tracking systems, documentation templates, and clinical workflows.
Clinical Structure & Expected Cadence
- Weekly: Direct face-to-face clinical direction, data analysis, and professional supervision for rendering providers.
- Bi-Monthly: Systematic rotation of in-person, face-to-face member check-ins to lock in our 75-day regulatory timelines.
- Ongoing: Signing off on clinical treatment plans, insurance re-authorizations, and collaborating on operational improvement initiatives.
Schedule & Expectations
- Flexible daytime or afternoon blocks, coordinated directly with clinic leadership.
- Must be able to provide consistent, physical in-person attendance at our Green Bay center for all billable supervision and check-in tasks.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification (Required)
- Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin (or eligible to finalize enrollment)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid (ForwardHealth) documentation standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills with a natural eye for clinical compliance, detail, and timeline tracking.
