This position combines office work with time spent visiting active job sites and meeting homeowners throughout the day.

## What You'll Do
After a project is sold, you'll become the primary point of contact for the homeowner and help guide the project from start to finish.
Your responsibilities include:
* Communicating with homeowners throughout their project
* Scheduling installations with customers and subcontractors
* Visiting job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
* Coordinating material deliveries
* Keeping customers updated on scheduling and progress
* Solving problems before they become complaints
* Performing final walkthroughs after project completion
* Creating punch lists and coordinating any final touch-ups
* Collecting project documentation, photos, and customer signatures
* Working closely with our sales, office, and installation teams

Construction experience is helpful but not required.
We'll teach you our industry. We can't teach someone to genuinely care about customers.

## Requirements
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to walk active construction sites and climb ladders when necessary
* Ability to pass a background check
