Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services
- Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and address guest inquiries promptly
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, billing, and special requests
- Train new team members on customer service excellence and operational protocols
- Promote a welcoming environment that reflects the hospitality spirit of the resort
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong knowledge of front desk software systems and reservation management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
