We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships over the phone, and helping customers take the next step, we’d love to meet you.
This is an in-office, part-time position with opportunities for growth within our real estate team.
What You’ll Do
As our Telemarketer, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. Your primary goal is to build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Respond to inbound phone calls, text messages, and inquiries
- Build rapport and identify each client’s real estate needs
- Qualify leads by asking the right questions
- Schedule appointments for our real estate agents
- Maintain detailed notes and update our CRM (KW Command, Lofty, Dave Ramsey Portal, Zillow, and others)
- Follow up consistently with prospects until they are ready to meet with an agent
- Reconnect with past clients and request referrals
- Practice scripts and participate in team training and role-playing
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
- Is confident on the phone and communicates clearly
- Has a positive, energetic attitude
- Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Can handle objections professionally
- Has excellent organization and time management skills
- Is comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Learns quickly and accepts coaching and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or outbound sales
- Experience working with sales goals or performance metrics
- CRM experience is a plus
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
