Position Overview
Executive Home Cleaning, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Professional to join our growing team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning services, including maintenance, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and organizing projects.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, doors, trim, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and backsplashes.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, furniture, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Mop and sanitize all hard surface flooring.
- Remove cobwebs and maintain attention to detail throughout the home.
- Make beds and tidy living spaces when requested.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Complete cleaning checklists to company standards.
- Properly use and maintain company cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Load, transport, and unload cleaning equipment safely.
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Report maintenance concerns or property damage immediately.
- Arrive to work on time and maintain dependable attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-time professional residential cleaning experience (required).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to hustle while maintaining high-quality work.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

- Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Push and pull vacuums, mops, and cleaning equipment.
- Climb step ladders safely.
- Work in various indoor environments for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation with enough room to transport cleaning equipment.
- Valid automobile insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (no theft-related convictions).
- Professional work references are required and will be contacted.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
