We are looking for an experienced title processor to join our team of close-knit professionals. This candidate must have experience in title processing and well-rounded customer service skills. Our title company has been around since 2004 and is well established.
Responsibilities include:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Title Insurance Processor, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing title documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring all aspects of the title process are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and clear title issues
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents
Order and review payoffs and other related documents
Disbursing funds and finalize post-closing documentation
QUALIFICATION:
Work from the office
An active Title Insurance Producer License a PLUS
2 years experienced in title processing or related field
Strong knowledge of real estate settlement procedures and title documentation
EXCELLENT communication and customer service skills
Salary is negotiable and depends on all of the above.
Must be a Notary or obtain a Notary commission
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
