Job Summary

- Deliver patient-centered care by explaining treatment options clearly, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain precise medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient workflow and enhanced patient experience.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and terminology to continuously improve clinical skills and patient outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a busy dental office or clinic environment with a strong background in general dentistry.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and anatomy relevant to oral health assessments.
- Familiarity with infection control standards, HIPAA compliance, and documentation practices within healthcare settings.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients about their oral health effectively.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics is preferred.
