Fresco Foods produces fresh, healthy prepared meals distributed to major retail partners. We operate in a fast-paced food production environment where organization, accuracy, and accountability are critical to daily success.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operational processes across the facility.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that all documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time, while also serving as a central point of support for team members and leadership. This role involves a high volume of detail-oriented, repetitive tasks that require consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and file invoices and receipts
- Assist with basic financial recordkeeping and documentation
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and reports as needed
- Maintain organized office and filing systems
- Order office supplies as needed
- Print and distribute operational documents
- Submit product credits as directed
- Perform basic daily data entry (logs, spreadsheets, reports)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding paperwork
- Help update employee records in Paychex
- Track daily attendance and call-outs and maintain accurate records
- Direct employee questions (pay, benefits, timekeeping) to appropriate contacts
- Review time punches for accuracy and assist with corrections
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring records are accurate
- Monitor Indeed account and assist with candidate communication
- Schedule interviews as directed
- Assist with new hire onboarding coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3 years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Comfortable working with data entry and maintaining accurate records
· Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
· Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
· Clear and professional communication skills
· Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $22-$25/hr. (based on experience)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
