About the Role:
Dream Work Services is growing and looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in plumbing services and repairs for rental homes, property managers, and commercial clients throughout Central Florida.
This is a field service role focused on real-time troubleshooting, repairs, and small-scale installations—not new construction. If you take pride in showing up, solving problems, and leaving properties better than you found them, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service work
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, low pressure, and water heater issues
- Install/replace fixtures including toilets, faucets, disposals, and angle stops
- Conduct drain cleaning using equipment such as K60 machines
- Utilize inspection cameras to diagnose drain and sewer line issues
- Service water heaters, backflows, and repipes as needed
- Work from structured work orders using a mobile app or tablet (training provided)
- Communicate clearly with office staff and customers regarding job status and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of plumbing service experience (residential or commercial)
- Familiarity with K60 machines and drain inspection cameras required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and service practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance, punctual, with strong customer service mindset
- Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service work
