EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Provide direct camper care, prioritizing each assigned camper's physical, social, emotional health, safety, and well-being.Daily supervision of assigned campers and responding to incidents, such as behavioral problems or accidents, while applying appropriate behavior-management techniques.Maintain records relating to behaviors and discuss camper participation and concerns with parents and other staff members. You should be positive, proactive, and caring while focusing on giving campers a fun, safe camp experience.
