OpSource Direct has partnered with a growing industrial contractor specializing in millwright and rigging services, machinery installation, machinery relocation, maintenance support, shutdown/turnaround work, and fabrication. They provide turnkey solutions ranging from single-machine moves to full facility relocations.
Pay: This is commission only role.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales / Business Development professional to aggressively grow our industrial client base and generate new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business in manufacturing, industrial, and production facilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and outreach to decision-makers
Identify opportunities for machinery installation, relocation, shutdown work, and maintenance services
Convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities and closed projects
Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of industrial service work
Follow up aggressively on all leads, bids, and opportunities until closed
Maintain relationships with repeat and contract maintenance clients
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development
Strong “hunter” mentality—self-starter who drives their own results
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to understand and sell technical, service-based solutions
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Motivated by performance, commission, and results—not just salary
Preferred Experience
Industrial services, construction, millwright, or rigging background
Experience selling to manufacturing plants or industrial facilities
Knowledge of shutdowns, turnarounds, or capital project environments
Existing relationships within industrial or manufacturing sectors
