Duties

- Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and proper transportation
- Document care provided, client progress, and any changes in condition accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or related caregiving roles is preferred but not mandatory; a compassionate attitude is essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Physical ability to assist with mobility support and perform light household tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
