Jefferson Crest, LLC. is searching for EXCEPTIONAL Caregivers with current CBRF certifications and one year minimum experience.
Our Caregivers are trained to have the opportunity to be the BEST in the Healthcare Industry.
We have eleven (11) Service Sites. Positions come available daily/weekly
*POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education:
- CBRF Certification; and,
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year “Continued” and “Verifiable” employment in a CBRF or AFH health care setting
*Other Skills:
- Ability to work with individuals diagnosed with Dementia and/or Challenging Behaviors
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CBRF State Guidelines regarding Medication Administration
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced health care environment
Physical Demands:
- May require prolonged sitting or standing
- Frequent bending, reaching and stooping
- Requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. above the waist level
- May require repetitive motion from Caregiving duties
*MUST BE PHYSICALLY WILLING AND ABLE TO WEAR A MASK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SHIFT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a Residential environment with multiple Clients'
