About Us
Full Spectrum Plumbing, Inc. is an established plumbing contractor specializing in commercial new construction, tenant improvements, underground plumbing, and site utilities. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals interested in building a career in the plumbing trade.
We have full-time and part-time openings for experienced plumbers and entry-level apprentices who are motivated to learn.
Experienced Plumber Responsibilities
- Install underground sewer, waste, vent, domestic water, and gas piping
- Perform commercial rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
- Read and understand plumbing plans and specifications
- Lay out plumbing systems accurately
- Install plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Complete assigned work with minimal supervision
- Direct and train apprentices when needed
- Follow jobsite safety requirements and company procedures
- Maintain quality workmanship and meet project schedules
Plumbing Apprentice Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbers with installations and repairs
- Learn plumbing tools, materials, fittings, and installation methods
- Help with underground plumbing, rough-in, top-out, and fixture installation
- Measure, cut, assemble, and support piping under supervision
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions and arrive ready to work
- Develop the skills necessary to become a qualified commercial plumber
Previous plumbing or construction experience is helpful but not required for an apprentice position. We are willing to train applicants who are dependable, hardworking, and serious about learning the trade.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to different project locations
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical construction work and lift at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to work indoors, outdoors, and in trenches when required
- Work boots and appropriate jobsite clothing
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Experienced applicants should have their own basic plumbing hand tools
- Must work well with others and maintain a professional attitude
- Must be available for the agreed-upon full-time or part-time schedule
