Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated new member of our leadership team to oversee daily operations during their assigned shifts. This role is vital in ensuring smooth service, maintaining food quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment. As a member of management, you will lead by example, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest receives outstanding hospitality.
Duties
- Supervise and assist in front and back of house operations to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Lead food preparation, cooking, and food handling to uphold safety and quality standards
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
- Assist with shift management including scheduling, delegating tasks, and resolving customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Background in hospitality management or food service management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and shift operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team management and problem resolution
POSTED PAY DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS WHICH AVERAGE AN EXTRA 5.00-5.50/HOUR.
PAY IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE: WE ARE OPEN TO A VARIETY OF LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL PAY ACCORDINGLY TO THE RESPONSIBILITY ASSUMED.
WE CLOSE AT 7:30 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY, 4:00 PM SATURDAY, CLOSED SUNDAYS
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
