Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide customers from first interaction to final purchase—helping them find the right products while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Actively engage with customers to drive sales
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Cross-sell and promote additional products
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Build strong relationships and customer trust
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly
- Follow inventory control procedures
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and store performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes
- Dependable, punctual
- Bilingual is a plus
