Primary Purpose:
Ensures appropriate implementation of Section 504 and that plans are created within Federal, State, and District guidelines. Oversees provision of Homebound and Pregnancy Related Services.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master's degree in educational administration or related field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Rules and Regulations for Section 504
Auditing Skills and Knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong consultation skills for conferencing with campus administrators, teachers, parents, and students
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Minimum of three years as a Section 504 Campus Coordinator (preferred)
Minimum of two years in a campus/district leadership role
Salary: Teacher / 225 days
