Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, herbal teas, smoothies, and wellness beverages with precision and flair
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on herbal remedies, supplements, and natural products to enhance customer well-being
- Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for efficient transactions, cash handling, and sales processing
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained through proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices
- Manage daily café operations including order taking, cashiering, inventory replenishment, and cleanliness
- Assist customers with product selections, answer questions about ingredients or health benefits, and foster a positive shopping experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and stock levels using retail math skills and basic math proficiency
Skills
Expertherbal knowledge mandatory.
- Proven barista experience with a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Experience in the food industry with understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to customer needs
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of herbal products, natural remedies, or holistic health practices is a plus
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory management
