Sales associate - Full time (Team Member II) is a certified operations team member responsible for performing advanced service functions, supporting membership sales initiatives, and assisting with daily site efficiency in both express and full-service environments.

Perform vehicle preparation and loading duties with demonstrated proficiency

Conduct interior detailing services in accordance with quality standards

Operate designated tunnel controls as assigned

Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Maintain cash-handling accuracy and accountability

Promote membership sales programs
-
Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
-
Comply with the Company’s Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)

Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

Provide professional service explanations

Address routine customer questions

Escalate complaints or complex concerns to management

Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following:

Cash handling

Vehicle loading

Vehicle preparation

Interior detailing

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility

Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach

Frequently use hands and arms

Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and operational equipment
