EXPERIENCED DDA PROGRAM COORDINATOR NEEDED!
**STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY ADMINISTRATION**
Overview
Adonai Homecare Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator and Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and case management services to individuals with intellectual Disabilities within the agency, hiring and onboarding of new staff, training staff, setting up of residential homes, gaining new individuals etc. Ensuring all shifts are covered with knowledge staff/Direct Support Professionals.
This person must also be ready to cover the shift as necessary in the absence of DSPs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with participants, families, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and engagement.
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
- Develop new initiatives aligned with organizational goals and community needs to expand service offerings.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, compliance reporting, and record keeping to maintain program integrity.
- Support behavioral health strategies by implementing best practices that promote positive behaviors and emotional well-being among participants.
Duties:
Knowledge of COMAR 10.22.11 Developmental Disabilities Administration
Conduct initial individual/participant assessment
Experience in Community Case Management
Marketing for participants/individuals
Person Centered planning (PCP) development for participants served
Understanding of Service Implementation Plans (SIPS)
Creating New Hire packets and ensuring all documents are acquired and certifications are up to date
Liaising with all members of the PCP team to ensure a comprehensive and integrated Case Management solution Generating Service Implementation plans and Detailed Service Authorization forms
Staff training and continued staff development
Staff New Hire orientation/onboarding - Creation of new hire profiles and files Obtaining feedback from families
On-site and virtual monitoring of Direct Support Staff
Resolving staff and family complaints
Liaison with CCS, DDA, and other team members who work will participants Participate in and collect behavioral data for Standing Committee meetings
Quarterly progress reports Behavior Support plan implementation
Generate and monitor participant Outcome/Goals Staff training on Specific Needs and ongoing development trainings
Complete on-site supervision and monitoring of all participant activities and services Quarterly staff evaluations and reviews
Quality assurance management
Incident report management
Assist with PSP & DAP Schedules
Reporting in PCIS2
Completing DSATS & SIPS for all Participants

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Active DDA Certification
CMT Certification
Criminal (FBI & State) background clearance Other documents as required by the Human Resources
