Grunts Move Junk & Moving is growing and we need team leads!
We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to lead teams in our pursuit of customer and team-member satisfaction. Team Leads (valid driver's license and clean driving record required) play a critical role in performing jobs with their team every day, being prepared for the unexpected, teaching new hires, communicating with the office, customers and team members efficiently, thinking outside the box when necessary, helping to maintain tools and equipment and more.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading moving and junk removal crews on job sites (hands-on)
- Driving a pickup truck with dump trailer safely and confidently
- Driving a box truck / moving truck safely and confidently
- Loading/unloading household goods and heavy items
- Managing efficiency and job flow on site
- Communicating with customers professionally
- Training and mentoring newer team members
- Ensuring trucks, trailers, and equipment are maintained
Required Experience:
- 1+ years moving experience (preferred)
- Experience driving a pickup truck with dump trailer (required)
- Experience driving a box/moving truck (required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Working for Grunts Move Junk & Moving will not be boring. No day is the same, you are on the road with your team, tips are great, and there is a sense of accomplishment when you finish a job for your customers. You will be trained by our long-time leads on processes and procedures and then lead your own team when you’re ready. Our base of operations for this role is Georgia, VT
