Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and answer questions about menu options.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the smoothie bar area, including food preparation surfaces and serving stations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food handling procedures to uphold quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service environments with a focus on smoothies is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
