Pay: $18.00/hour
Break Schedule
- Break: 7:00 AM

- Lunch: 11:00 AM
- Break: 1:30 PM

Position Summary
We are currently hiring
Assemblers to join our first shift production team. This position involves assembling a variety of products and complex machines using blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. Successful candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred, but candidates with mechanical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Essential Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble products using hand and power tools
- Position, align, trim, shim, and fit components together
- Fasten components using bolts, screws, and other hardware
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Set up and operate production equipment as needed
- Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality
- Learn multiple product lines and assembly processes
- Maintain production workflow while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Follow standardized work instructions and Lean manufacturing principles
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S practices
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Assist with training team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to use measuring devices accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand for most of the workday with occasional walking
- Frequently lift 5–60 pounds
- Occasionally team lift up to 100 pounds
- Carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Push and pull carts and hand trucks
- Frequently bend, reach, grip, and handle parts throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination while performing repetitive assembly tasks
