Position Summary: Assists with building updates and repairs, informs future budgets for needed repairs and equipment, liaisons to nonprofit providers and administration by providing timely repairs/services when needed, cleaning units after move-outs, and beautifies/maintains all facilities including snow removal and lawncare seasonally. Full-time. Health insurance, 401K matching, 22 days PPL, vision, dental. Reports to Bulidings and Grounds Manager.
Duties
1. Supporting both Buildings and Grounds and Facilities departments as a floater
2. Building maintenance
3. Grounds maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc.
4. Renovating/cleaning units between move-outs and move-ins
5. Cleaning and disinfecting the common spaces and offices throughout the campus
6. Keeping up on trash removal and restocking bathrooms
7. Removing trash from and vacuuming office floors
8. Participate in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend coverage and respond to facility, grounds, safety, or weather-related needs as required
9. Work order prioritization, completion and documentation
10. Inventory and organization of supplies, parts, chemicals, and sesonal materials
11. Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Two years or more of grounds-keeping, maintenance, or property management experience (or a combination)
2. Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed
3. Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record
4. Being able to lift 75 pounds
5. Pesticide license a plus
6. Preferred experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, snow equipment, lawn equipment, and unit turnover

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
