Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC and conventional machines, produce parts to engineering specifications, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC/conventional machine tools to manufacture parts and assemblies
- Read blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, fastening, and deburring
- Use precision measuring instruments and inspect parts for quality compliance
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic preventive maintenance tasks
- Move materials/products within the manufacturing area and complete required transactions
- Support production flow, assist with training team members, and maintain safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience
- Experience operating CNC machines and reading blueprints/specifications
- Knowledge of safety, quality, OSHA, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must be willing to work overtime and any shift as needed
