Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring person to help take care of people living in a group home. Your job will be to help them with everyday tasks and make sure they are safe and comfortable.
What You'll Do:
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Cook and serve meals that match their dietary needs.
- Keep an eye on their health and let someone know if there are any changes.
- Follow the care plans set by doctors or nurses.
- Help with cleaning to keep their space safe and tidy.
- Spend time with residents and do activities with them.
Skills Needed:
- It’s helpful if you’ve done caregiving before, but it’s not required.
- Know how to cook and follow meal guidelines.
- Be good at noticing changes in residents and reporting them quickly.
- Be kind, patient, and ready to provide emotional support.
- Communicate well with residents, families, and healthcare workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

- Driver's License (Required)
- Direct care professional initial training Dodd.ohio.gov (Preferred)
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)

- Med passer certification (Preferred)
