Job Summary
The Quality Assistant coordinates returns of aerospace material received from customers to OEM suppliers and/or dispositions unused material for return to stock.
Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Heavy interaction with customers and suppliers
- Issue Return Material Authorization numbers to customers
- Disposition returned material
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of their returns
- Respond to customer request for Root Cause Corrective Action
- Provide customers with any missing documentation for shipped material
Qualifications and Skills
Strong Microsoft Office Skills preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication required.
Light lifting (15 lbs.) at times.
Training is provided.
