We seek to hire a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Customer Service Specialist who is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers. This position will assist customers throughout the ordering process, making suggestions and recommending products that best suite each customers’ needs. This individual will work as part of a team, processing customer requests in a timely manner by phone, email and in person. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multi-task. Previous print or graphic design experience is not required, but highly encouraged.
- Manage all incoming orders by phone and email, along with assisting all walk-in customers in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter orders and customer information into our print management software.
- Relay order details accurately to other departments to ensure all customers’ requests are completed.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat to review customers’ files to ensure all printing requirements are met before orders proceed to production.
- Drive sales through positive customer interactions and build lasting relationships with repeat customers.
- Provide customers with estimates and follow up on potential sales leads.
- Troubleshoot with customers and manager when customers’ expectations are not met.
- Daily Point of Sale tasks, including taking customers’ payments and completing a daily sales closeout.
- Manage customer samples to ensure consistency from order to order is maintained.
- Generate and mail monthly statements.
- Follow up on past due invoices.
Candidates must have previous customer service experience. (3-5 years)
Candidates must have strong computer skills (Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Acrobat)
Previous experience in the print industry preferred.
Previous experience in an office setting preferred

Must be able to process 40+ emails a day, along with managing incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.

Must be able to communicate openly with team members and management about ideas, problems, needs, etc.
Must maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 to 5:30 pm
Candidates may occasionally work nights or weekends, some over time as workload permits.
