What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct general repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, lawn care, plumbing, electrical).
- Assist with property upkeep and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Drivers License Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Related experience preferred; on-the-job training provided
- Physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.

Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Climb ladders and work at heights.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
- Use hands and fingers for detailed repair work.
- Work in various environments (hot, cold, dusty, noisy, outdoors)
