Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while delivering a range of dental services. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing procedures such as fillings, crown and bridge, extractions, root canals and Invisalign.
- Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures.
- Assist in the management of the dental clinic's operations as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in pediatric dentistry, with the ability to provide compassionate care to children.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental practices.
- Experience with dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
- Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
