- Average Pay: $70-$80 per 60-minute massage (includes a high baseline gratuity averaging ~$33/service).

Your Day-to-Day (What You'll Do)
- Deliver Customized Care: Use your unique expertise to provide tailored Swedish, Deep Tissue, Salt Stone, or Prenatal sessions based on guest goals.
- Support Guest Wellness: Connect with guests post-session to recommend care plans, helpful enhancements (like cupping or CBD), or memberships that genuinely support their healing journey. (No aggressive corporate sales tactics or high-pressure quotas-just authentic care).
- Maintain Your Workspace: Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and ready for your next guest.
- Easy Documentation: Track guest progress with our simple, streamlined SOAP notes.
