Magnolia Women’s Recovery Programs, Inc. is offering an excellent employment opportunity for qualified individuals interested in the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager position. This position is in Oakland, CA.
Magnolia is a not-for-profit organization committed to rehabilitate pregnant and postpartum women with small children struggling with substance use disorder and mental health challenges. Our SUD residential treatment program provides drug and alcohol treatment to pregnant and postpartum women and women with children 0-7 years old. We offer daily programs to empower and educate our women clients, facilitating healing and reconnection with their lives and families.
The SUD Program Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the SUD residential treatment program, personnel, contractors, and day to day operations of the facility and ensure compliance on all areas of the program and facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification/License Required: Candidates must possess a SUD certification or be a licensed professional clinical counselor recognized by the state of California, and First Aid and CPR certificates for adults, adolescents, and children.
Education: Possession of associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in psychology, sociology, counseling, public administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of full-time or its equivalent experience in the SUD field providing program administration, two (2) years of which must have been in a lead, supervisory or administrative capacity.
