About the Role
Our Service Technicians are the problem solvers and protectors of the AWS customer experience. You’ll maintain, diagnose, and repair water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems — ensuring every customer continues to enjoy safe, high-quality water in their home.
Key Responsibilities

Perform system diagnostics, testing, and repairs on residential water treatment systems.

Conduct on-site water analysis to confirm system performance.

Complete preventive maintenance services such as filter changes, sanitizations, and salt delivery checks.

Document service results accurately in ServiceTitan.

Provide clear communication to customers about findings, maintenance schedules, and upgrade options.

Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are followed on every job.
What We’re Looking For
-
1+ year of field service, plumbing, or water treatment experience preferred (will train).

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
-
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
