Whether you already have sales experience or are completely new to the industry, we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed. If you enjoy working with people, have a strong work ethic, and want an opportunity with unlimited earning potential, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Build relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Learn vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Work with management and finance teams to finalize vehicle purchases
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Use dealership CRM tools to manage customer communication and sales activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy helping people
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Valid driver’s license required
