Bakery & Service Team Member
Croix Bakehouse is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly Bakery & Service Team Member to join our team in Frisco, TX.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 23.5 hours per week
- Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
This position supports both bakery operations and customer service during our daily service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and bakery production
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches
- Replenish ingredients, pastries, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift
- Package and organize customer orders
- Support customer service during busy periods
- Assist with order preparation and customer pick-up
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Wash trays, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment
- Organize and rotate ingredients and products
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the bakery team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be consistently available to work Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Previous bakery, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Pay: $15.00 per hour + tips
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
