ABOUT NEW WATER TODAY
New Water Today is a new and growing water filtration company that provides homeowners with in-home water treatment and filtration solutions. We currently operate as a subcontracted water-filtration provider within 17 Lowe's locations and are continuing to expand.
We are looking for outgoing, motivated people to represent our company inside Lowe's stores and help homeowners learn about our free water testing program.
THE POSITION
As an In-Store Lead generator , your primary responsibility is simple:
Talk to homeowners, identify qualified customers, and book appointments for a free water test.
You are not responsible for selling water filtration systems. Your job is to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our water-treatment representatives.
You will be stationed inside a Lowe's location and approach customers in a friendly, professional manner. You'll ask homeowners a few qualifying questions, explain the free water test, and schedule an appointment when they qualify and are interested.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Approach Lowe's customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Start conversations with homeowners about their home's water.
- Ask qualifying questions to determine whether they qualify for a free water test.
- Explain the free water testing opportunity.
- Collect the homeowner's contact information.
- Schedule qualified homeowners for an appointment.
- Accurately enter and submit leads.
- Represent New Water Today professionally inside the Lowe's store.
- Track your daily leads and appointments.

Sales experience is NOT required.
Retail, customer service, hospitality, telemarketing, canvassing, fundraising, or sales experience can be helpful, but we are primarily looking for people who are comfortable starting conversations and interacting with customers.
COMPENSATION
Base Pay: $20/hour
On top of your hourly pay, you will receive:
$35 for every qualified lead that ultimately turns into a completed sale.
The more quality appointments you generate, the more opportunity you have to earn additional commission.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
10:00 AM–2:00 PM
This is a 4-hour-per-day position, with the possibility of additional hours or expanded opportunities as our Lowe's program continues to grow.
