The job serves as the vital link between field technicians, vendors and customers, ensuring that the right parts are ordered and remotely diagnosing basic equipment issues to keep business operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls from clients regarding equipment issues.
- Assist customers in identifying basic parts and troubleshoot minor errors over the phone.
- Coordinate logistics between field technicians and customers, ensuring issues are addressed.
- Handle warranty claims, process returned parts and maintain organized service logs.
Skills
- Some experience with commercial refrigeration or HVAC.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills are needed.
- Strong computer skills are required
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
