We are looking for a Host/Host to join our team at our upscale casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Host/Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them in the dining room, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, and handling any customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with seating customers and making sure they are comfortable.
- Assist wait staff with customer needs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
