Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary: From $35K to $40K annually (depending on experience) + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, achieving KPIs, and managing warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and safety.
- Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure the proper use of RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Support operations in a high-volume warehouse/distribution environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse operation.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with RF scanning technology and WMS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
