Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, demonstrating expertise in craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Typical scope of work will include drywall repair, vinyl fence installation, stucco repair, paver installation, painting, tile installation, so on and so forth. Travel will be necessary so your own truck and tools are important. We are a growing construction company with jobs all throughout the state of Florida Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, Sarasota just to name a few.
Responsibilities
- Execute various construction and repair tasks, including woodworking, metalworking, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress.
Requirements
- Must have a vehicle and the ability to travel throughout Florida.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of various materials, tools, and techniques related to craftsmanship.
- Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
