Job Summary
Our growing practice is seeking a talented and optimistic Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a relatively small team of only 13 staff members, but have recently added on to our clinic in an effort to better serve our community. Our clinic currently has 2 general dentists!
The clinic is conveniently located near 105th Ave NE and Central Ave (near Kohls/Menards/Caribou Coffee). Our clinic hours are 8:00-5:00 (with a 1 hour lunch) Mon-Thurs and 8:00-12:00 on Fridays. We do not work nights or weekends :)
The technology we use is Patterson Eaglesoft, Schick digital imaging, and Acteon intraoral cameras. It is great if you have experience with these, but we are also willing to train you if you are not familiar with these systems.

Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control standards are maintained.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray), including 3D scans, while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) wtih Eaglesoft accurately and efficiently.
- Perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize workflow and patient comfort.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with medical documentation for patients requiring medical records or coding.
- Skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems including Eaglesoft for seamless documentation.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Experience with dental imaging techniques such as X-ray and 3D scanning technology.
- Expertise in infection control protocols, aseptic technique, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures across general dentistry disciplines including prosthodontics and endodontics.
