The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers select wash packages and memberships. CSAs greet customers, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintain a clean and safe facility, assist with membership sales, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with wash package and membership selections
- Promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships
- Safely load vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel, vacuum area, and customer spaces
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, friendly, and clean experience
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
