We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Ticket Sales Representative to help maximize attendance for Win The Storm 2026 and achieve our conference ticket sales goals.
Position Overview
The Ticket Sales Representative will be responsible for generating ticket sales through proactive outbound sales, lead follow-up, relationship building, and consistent pipeline management.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, following up consistently, overcoming objections, creating urgency, and confidently closing ticket sales.
You will sell General Admission, VIP, and Elite tickets while helping potential attendees understand the value and ROI of attending Win The Storm.
Key Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls to prospective attendees, past attendees, contractors, roofing companies, restoration companies, and industry professionals.
- Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, referrals, email campaigns, and promotions.
- Convert leads into paid conference registrations.
- Clearly communicate the value of Win The Storm and differentiate General Admission, VIP, and Elite ticket options.
- Identify each prospect’s business goals, challenges, and interests to position the conference appropriately.
- Build urgency around ticket pricing, limited availability, event deadlines, speaker announcements, and special promotions.
- Follow a structured sales cadence using phone calls, voicemail, text, and email.
- Re-engage past attendees and previous WTS contacts.
- Conduct outreach to roofing, restoration, construction, solar, insurance claims, home services, and related industry professionals.
- Maintain accurate lead status, notes, follow-up dates, and sales activity within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently until the prospect purchases, declines, or is appropriately moved into long-term follow-up.
- Track individual ticket sales and revenue performance against weekly and monthly goals.
- Work closely with WTS leadership, marketing, and sales teams to identify new opportunities for ticket growth.
- Participate in sales meetings, KPI reviews, coaching, and strategy sessions.
- Help identify opportunities for group ticket sales and company/team registrations.
- Provide feedback on common objections, lead quality, messaging, promotions, and market response.
Daily Sales Expectations
This role requires consistent outbound activity and disciplined follow-up.
The Ticket Sales Representative will be expected to:
- Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and sales conversations.
- Respond quickly to new inbound leads.
- Follow up consistently with open opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline.
- Meet established daily and weekly activity KPIs.
- Meet or exceed individual weekly and monthly ticket sales goals.
- Accurately document all conversations and next steps in the CRM.
- Participate in daily or weekly sales accountability reporting.
Performance will be measured based on activity, conversations, conversions, ticket revenue, follow-up consistency, and achievement of sales goals.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in outbound sales, inside sales, event ticket sales, appointment setting, business development, or high-volume phone sales.
- Is confident making cold and warm outbound calls.
- Knows how to build rapport quickly and communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Is comfortable asking for the sale and closing over the phone.
- Can overcome objections without being overly aggressive or transactional.
- Has strong follow-up habits and does not give up after one or two attempts.
- Is highly organized and comfortable working inside a CRM.
- Is motivated by goals, KPIs, competition, and results.
- Takes accountability for individual sales performance.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can work independently while remaining accountable to the larger sales team.
- Brings positive energy, professionalism, persistence, and urgency.
Roofing, storm restoration, construction, home services, conference, or event sales experience is highly preferred but not required.
