Job Summary
Seeking an Employment Litigation Associate experienced in litigation and employment counseling for both employer and employee representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
- Manage wage and hour litigation.
- Draft legal documents and employment agreements.
- Conduct workplace investigations.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Advise clients on employment law compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of employment law experience.
- State and federal employment litigation experience.
- California labor law knowledge.
- Wage and hour litigation experience.
- Active California Bar membership.
Pay: $170,000.00 per year
