You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the go-to support person for our advisor team. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in the details, and wants to be part of a close-knit team in an industry built around travel.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients as they arrive and creating a welcoming office experience

Answering and directing phone calls and incoming emails

Producing, organizing, and quality-checking travel documents

Entering client and trip details accurately into our systems

Communicating trip details to clients at the direction of our advisors

Managing office supplies, brochures, and general office support

$19.00–$21.00 per hour
