Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, along with strong time management and sales skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
- Operate Clover POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items during events or busy periods
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items effectively
- Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
