Training Schedule: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Upon Hire: Transition to 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Summary
SEEK Careers/Staffing is hiring reliable and hardworking Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Inver Grove Heights. Essential Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if applicable).

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Maintain accurate inventory using scanners and warehouse management systems.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse or material handling experience is helpful but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.

Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Flexibility to transition from first shift during training to second shift after permanent hire.
Physical Requirements

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
