Summary
As a Retail Store Assistant Manager at Ace Hardware, you will play a vital role in supporting the store manager in daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of retail associates.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering and merchandising products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong background in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Familiarity with inventory management practices is preferred.
