- Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects and project teams
- Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Operations personnel
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners
- Identify, pursue, and help secure new business opportunities
- Participate in project interviews, presentations, and pursuit strategies
- Support business development initiatives and strategic growth planning
- Oversee project financial performance, risk management, and operational execution
- Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Promote company culture, values, and operational excellence throughout the organization
