We are seeking a dedicated and care giver to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to a client in their home. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and client's family. The Care giver will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship. Client is a pleasant adult Male with cognitive deficits. Caregiver needed mostly for companionship. mild assistance with ADL's. Part-time 22 hrs per week

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, light meal preparation .
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patient
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding patient needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Participate in training sessions per company policy.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
